If you're the seller or the winner - now what?

Contact each other. The seller and the winner should contact each other within three business days to discuss payment and shipping and handling details. The seller should contact the winner with information on the total cost, including shipping and handling cost, and where to send the payment. The auction Notification features notifies you of newly listed auctions which contain keywords you have chosen. If your photos are not uploading the possible reason for that is you are using images direct from your digital camera that are far to large to upload... you need to resize your images and try uploading again.

Buyers and sellers should contact each other within three business days after the listing ends. It is perfectly fine for you to make the first contact with the seller, using the "Contact Seller" link on the ended item page.

Tip: Remember, many Oz-Bid sellers keep regular business hours, and some do not respond to emails during the evening, on weekends, on holidays, and so on.

If you cannot contact the seller by email after you purchase an item, or you don't receive a response, you should request the member's contact information and call them.
